These terms apply to the jdpk platform and all of its services. When a player opens an account and continues to use the platform, they are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms.

1. General Agreement

These jdpk terms and conditions are a legally binding agreement between players who use the platform and our company. Whenever a player accesses, browses, or places a bet on the platform, we consider that player to have fully accepted all of these terms.

If players do not agree to these terms, they may not continue using the platform. jdpk reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

1.1 Purpose of This Document

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to clearly define the mutual responsibilities, permissions, and restrictions of both the player and the platform. They also give priority consideration to the protection of players.

2. Account Registration and User Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

To use the jdpk platform, a player must be at least 21 years old. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to access this platform. If we find that a player has provided a false age, that account will be closed immediately and the remaining balance will be subject to further investigation.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is allowed to hold only one account at a time on jdpk. If more than one account is found to have been opened by the same player, bonuses may be forfeited, accounts may be suspended, and losses may occur.

2.3 Registration and Accurate Information

The name, phone number, and payment details provided when opening an account must be accurate. Withdrawals from accounts registered with false information may be blocked. Players are personally responsible for the security of their account and should not share their login credentials (username / password) with anyone.

2.4 KYC (Player Verification) Process

jdpk may request a copy of a player's ID or payment-related proof documents for financial verification purposes. If these cannot be submitted within the requested period, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay are available for deposits and withdrawals on jdpk. All transactions are conducted in Myanmar Kyat (Ks).

3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

  • Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks via any payment method
  • Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of the request. In cases requiring verification, it may take longer. All transactions follow Myanmar Standard Time (MMT).

3.4 Withdrawal Rejection and Suspension

Withdrawals may be placed on hold in the following situations —

  • Bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met
  • KYC documents have been requested but not yet submitted
  • Verification delayed due to unusual consecutive winning patterns detected
  • Requesting a withdrawal to a payment method different from the one used to deposit
A player should not deposit and then withdraw funds directly without playing. If this occurs, an administrative withdrawal fee may be charged.

4. Welcome Bonus and Promotions

4.1 First Deposit Welcome Bonus

The jdpk welcome bonus gives a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.

Example Calculation 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 50,000 Ks. Before withdrawing, you must wager the 30,000 Ks bonus × 20 = 600,000 Ks.

Example Calculation 2 — Deposit 140,000 Ks and receive the maximum 100,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 240,000 Ks. You must wager the 100,000 Ks bonus × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Explanation of Wagering Requirements (Number of Times the Bonus Must Be Wagered)

After receiving a bonus, you cannot withdraw until you have wagered that bonus amount 20 times. For example — a 30,000 Ks bonus requires 30,000 Ks × 20 = 600,000 Ks in wagers before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Promotion Cancellation

A player's bonus may be cancelled if any of the following conditions are found—

  • If a player is found claiming a bonus using more than one account
  • If a violation of promotion terms and conditions is detected
  • If fraudulent financial activity is detected

5. Game Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is placed and the game has started, it cannot be reversed. Please check the amount and conditions carefully before placing any bet.

5.2 Technical Errors

In any disputes arising from server failure, network disconnection, or software technical errors, jdpk's decision is final.

5.3 VIP Players

jdpk has 3 VIP tiers — Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.2% weekly cashback). Players can move up tiers based on their play frequency and wagering volume. Cashback amounts are subject to promotion terms and conditions.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jdpk platform—

  • Any activity related to money laundering (methods of cleaning and withdrawing funds through games)
  • Playing using bots or automated software
  • Any methods used to deceive other players
  • Attempting to hack into the platform software
  • Opening more than one account for the purpose of claiming bonuses
  • Processing third-party payments without prior authorisation
If any of these violations are found, the account will be immediately suspended and any remaining funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

7. Personal Data Protection

jdpk protects players' personal data using SSL encryption. Players' personal information is never sold or shared with third parties. Full details of our data handling practices can be read in the Privacy Policy.

Players may contact customer support to request corrections to or deletion of their personal data. Only the information required for financial regulatory compliance may be retained.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

8.2 Closure by jdpk

If a violation of these terms is detected, jdpk may immediately suspend the account without prior notice. Deposits and withdrawals may be placed on hold during the dispute resolution period.

9. Limitation of Liability

jdpk ensures the fairness of game results and the technical service that runs the platform. However —

  • Financial losses arising from a player's own betting decisions
  • Failures caused by a player's own network or device issues
  • Losses resulting from voluntary betting decisions

— are not the responsibility of jdpk. Players must manage their own play and bet responsibly.

10. Amendments and Notifications

jdpk reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, an announcement will be posted on the platform and players will be notified by email through customer support. Continued use of the platform after an amendment is published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
